Sweet Jebus! That thing is really, er, special. Like Special Ed. I particularly like the way some interior trim is painted Laguna Seca Blue - goes nicely with the faux squirrel skin upholstery.
What bothers me most of all isn't the automatic transmission, or the blue interior trim parts, or the too-widely-spaced kidney grille pieces, or even the rear (I actually think in a perverse way it was clever to remove the trunk-mounted parts of the rear lights to make them kinda-sorta resemble E46 lights). What bothers me most is that this thing probably cost a lot to make, and the finish quality actually looks pretty good, suggesting that someone put a lot of time and energy into it. They'll never get their hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars back . . .
