Blurry NEC FE991SB Monitor

I have an NEC FE991SB and it's been blurry lately. I've tried it on my brothers computer so I don't think it is the monitor. I think it's my video card. ATI Radeon X800 Pro. It only is blurry sometimes especially the words when typing or reading. They get really blurry and hard to read. Is there something I could do to fix the problem or does anyone even know what could be wrong?

I'm using a hard plastic card table on which my monitor sits and my computer is on the floor to the left of the monitor.

does it get better when moved to a different location?
what resolution? if your pushing the limits, not good for sharpness.

Desktop Resolution 1600x1200
75Hz Refresh Rate

In-game Resolution 1024x768
100Hz Refresh Rate

Manual Degauss and Auto Degauss on start up.

scroll down to phosphor dots

and another http://www.dansdata.com/gz029.htm

if thats a 19", it doesn't really have enough phosphor dots for crisp text at 1600x1200. gaming is fine since well crispness is less important then. then again it still doesn't jive if its clearer on another pc😛 i'd try out his video card. and then if that doesn't work, move your pc to another room. make sure theres no inteference.
