Blurry/Fuzzy video ATI AIW 9000

Who:
ATI all in wonder radeon 9000
1800mhz P4, 256mb ram

When: Every time I play any sort of video, whether it be DVD, TV-in, compsite in, or video files
What: Graphics appear fuzzy/blurry
Why: No fvcking clue

Drivers are up to date and all that

Any suggestions?

Reason: You've got their "VideoSOAP" or whatever they call their video antialiasing turned on (it may have come that way by default with the new drivers).

Solution: Disable video filtering, probably in the advanced driver settings panel somewhere.
