have you guys noticed the bad chroma key overlays they are using in the alcs and nlcs? they are the billboard ads right behind home plate. have they done this all season?

i also noticed a stupied aol logo placed right below the 50 yard line in a college game before the snap.... what's up?

i don't know what it looks like on your tv, but the edges around the piture, ump, and batter are very blurry...
 
They've been using those in the baseball playoffs for years. They don't generally use them during the regular season, other than national games on FOX or sometimes on ESPN.
 
I really started to notice it this week...

When Beltran was batting, his arm/bat kept fading in/out... thought maybe my TV was hiccupping, then relaized it was agenerated ad..

doesn't really bother me though..
 
The ads in the backstop I thought were physically there, no ? Or are you talking about ads in another place ?
 
doesn't really bug me. from a marketing perspective i guess you could sell multiple ads in different dma regions... i just never noticed it before.

i could do without the football ads though... for some reason they bug me.... but im not a big fan of the yellow and blue marker lines either.

Sometimes they are, sometimes they aren't. In the Yankee's/Sox series they are computer generated.

I think the football thing started last year at the beginning of the year. That bothers me too.
