My PS3 died. I rarely used the gaming part of it, so I thought I would just buy a bluray player with wireless capability, if one exists. We use Netflix often so I like to get one with a wireless adapter for "802.11N" format because my router supports such. Also would like one that sits on its side like a PS3 does. Thanks for any help.

I don't know of any that sit on their sides but the LG BD570 I got for my parents streams Netflix just fine wirelessly even on their 802.11G router. It supports 802.11N as well.

I broke down and bought another PS3. Any reason why I shouldn't throw the old one away? Thanks for your response.

If you are brave and like to fix things on your own, keep the old one for parts.
If you arent brave sell it for 20 bucks. Someone who wants parts would be grateful.
