Bluetooth Problems

I use bluetooth a great deal for headsets and remote speakers. Lately I'm founding that for all of my BT devices, each of three different computers (a 2010 Arrandale Sony Z1, a 2011 Sandy Bridge Z2 and a 2012 Ivy Bridge HP Envy 15 I'm finding that many of the devices won't pair with several of the machines (after doing so fine for a while) unless I uninstall and reinstall the device or the BT driver. Once I've done that, the pair does fine for a while - until it doesn't again. I have no power or device profiles allowing the selective shut down of USB devices. My BT devices are all less than 1 yr old. I do find that the older the computer/BT card, the worse the problem, but even the newest does the same.

Many thanks for any suggestions.
