Bluetooth Headset work in computer games?

I have a motorola bluetooth headset Linky
and I want to know if it would work in games like Unreal Tournament 2004 and Counterstrike. Do I need any additional software or will it work right out of the box?

I've yet to see any Motorola BT earpiece support the right profiles to work with a PC, 75% of the BT earpieces dont. But if they do... I believe it should work right out of the box, I can link mine to my PC out of the box, but again, no profile to work correctly.
