bluetooth earphone?

I'd like to play podcasts on my pc, and send them wirelessly them to a single earphone. Is there a bluetooth usb send / receive combo that make sense to use?

I could use use a cheap FM transmitter and send to a small radio as well.
I see $5 bluetooth earpieces, but I'd need a transmitter in the PC.

What's the best way to do this?

I seem to need Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP)

Does this exist as a small dongle I can plug to USB (Windows XP), and a small earphone (or pack with a jack) so I can stream to an earphone?

I have the 906 that comes with a headphone-jack-to-bluetooth dongle that works well, but range is limited to about 10-20 feet. It should work with any usb bluetooth dongle and you can get those with a bit larger range. If you have a phone with BT that plays MP3s, there's no reason you can't use that as well. It works well for me.

Only problem I've run into is that if I walk with my phone in my pants pocket the audio will sometimes cut out with my stride. I think the phone is being a little over-exuberant in reducing BT signal strength, so results may vary by phone type as well.
