Blues fans...

Dunno why I'm posting this. Sometimes you get to listening to an album that you haven't listened to in a while, and you realize how good it is. WTF am I talking about?

In Session - Live, Stevie Ray Vaughan and Albert King

This is by far one of the best blues albums I've listened to in a while. Anyway, just random musical observations.

Yeah, they really make a great pair for this album. Then again, I've never really heard anyone that didn't make a good pairing with Stevie. And I agree - damned helicopter crash. They always take the great ones first, don't they? :|

Very, very good album...

Anything by Howlin' Wolf... couple others that I can't consciously recall.

id also suggest muddy waters, maybe the greatest blues legend ever. (see album 'Live in Montreal 1977'. awesome.)
