blue screens

once every few times I boot up windows, i get a blue screen and after than 1 of 2 things happen, 1. i get another blue screen. 2. i select from a list on which way to boot windows
plz help

P.S. I ran memtest (the version that doesn't require a floppy) on it and it found no errors

You ran uptodate virus and spyware scans?

try Windbg to see if it can give you any information also.

How are your voltages and temperatures in the BIOS?

CPU tempsb are fine and the voltages 3.3V and 12V thats what it displayed
