Blue screen stop error

After I play Doom3 or UT2K4, I recieve this error sometimes:
(0x9D086240 0x00000002 0x00000000 0x8050dF62)
..and also my OS takes way too long to restart (shutdown)

I just recently built this system and the only probs Ive had is because of the Firewalls, which the probs are no longer. Now this.
Any help on this matter would be much appreciated.
 
update graphics card drivers and if that doesn't work update BIOS. had to update BIOS on one of my copmuters to play Half life 2 without a memory error.
 
Ive checked that site out before and it really doesnt tell me much. I appreciate the help though. In the past, on my other computer, I had run into this prob. before and found that I had a bad stick of ram. I hope its not the case here. Ill update the vid drivers and the bios.
