when i turn on my computer now, it has this blue screen
saying: The session manager intilization system process
terminated unexpectedly within status of 0xc0000263
after seeing it for 3 seconds, if restarts and the process starts all over again. please help!

P. S. I'm on my ohter computer btw
 
ouch I was getting one of those last night....did you try safe mode or last known good config? I couldn't get in with anything, I did a fresh install of Windows cuz I got frustrated.
 
already tried safe mode and last good config, both failed. btw i have winxp not winnt, so that wont work. i will not reformat until that is my last option
 
Try booting from the XP CD and running the recovery console, then run chkdsk, then if needed fixboot, and if needed fixMBR.
