blue screen of death

I've recently been getting the blue screen of death and what it says on the top is "Machine_check_exception." What do i need to do to get rid of this? anymore information needed?
 
it helps some what, thanks drum, i'll get back to you asap about this problem, and i'll see if i can resolve it myself.
 
well thanks drum, i manually set the timings on my ram...would of never know it was a EEC problem...
