I second that.....
I had AMD systems from 1998-2001...intel systems from 2001-2004...amd systems from 2004-2006...intel systems from 2006 to present...
All have had some experience with BSOD. Most all of them in my instance were related to overclocked cpu and memory issues....
I have seen them result from software issues...
I have seen them result from faulty memory sticks...
Generally not cpus unless unstable at overclocking, or damaged...
I have to say if the OP truly believes what he is suggesting then he shows he doesn't really know enough about cpus and systems to making this statement....therefore I would chalk it up to user incompetence
