Blue Screen of Death problems.

I have a 3200 + AMD 64 bit processor and 1.5 gb of ram, and everytime i try to ftp my xbox and play World of Warcraft or try to push my computer a bit by running 3 or more things at once it just shows up that blue screen of death and restarts. What could the problem be ?

we'll need the bsod code to at least know what it is.. if it flashes too fast.. look for the dumps
