Blue Screen of death issue please help

I keep getting a BSOD after about an hour of play and it is the following.
Driver_IRQL_Not_less_or_equal

I have the following for a system
Tagan 480W PSU +3.3V@28A, +5V@48A, +12V@28A
MSI "K8N Neo2 Platinum" AMD Socket 939 CPU
AMD Socket 939 Athlon 64 FX-53

.3 amp Enermax Adjustable Speed 120mm Cooling fan

The Bios monitoring software is telling me my I have the following. ~3.12v, ~5v, and ~11.68v ~43c on cpu 24c for the case at idle and ~52c ~29c when I am playing my game.

It could be the vid card getting hot. Try operating it with the side cover off and a fan blowing on the card/mb. If the problem goes away, it is thermal related.

Check out my .sig's URL, and read thru the first post. Run MPS Reports, send me the .cab file, and send me the minidumps you've got.... *after* you've updated all your drivers & BIOS and *after* you've reproduced the problem (the crash) after doing the driver update.
