Blue Screen error: Beginning Dumping of Physical Memory

I am having this blue screen error every 5 minutes here is what it say

Blue screen, showing,
STOP: 0X0000000A (0X00000004, 0X00000002, 0X00000000, 0XF7342279)
IROL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL*** ADDRESS F7342279 HAS BASE AT F7340000-HPTXNT.SYS
CPUID: GENUINEINTEL 6.52 IRQL: LE DPC SYS SUER OXF0000565
and list of a whole bunch of system files.
and BEGINNING DUMPING PHYSICAL MEMORY.


Please help me

After a brief search of the MS Knowlege base, and not knowing your system specs, I came up with this Article, if you list your specs including OS, I could help.

Remove the 64mb stick of ram and the NIC. Do your BSOD's go away? At this point, I'm guessing its the driver for the NIC.
