Blue Lines When Playing Games

I've never had problems before but today when I tried to play games there are blue vertical lines on the screen. When booting I see it on the Window logo too.

I've tried:
DirectX Diagnostics - Everything works fine but I see the blue lines on the test objects.
Reinstalling and updating drivers - no change.

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Hardware:
Radeon 9550 256MB
 
Have you tried changing monitors and reseating the video card. Also if you can change video cards and see if it still happens.
 
My monitor is brand new and I can't touch my video card. This is strange... one day perfectly fine, the next, blue lines. grrrr.....
