They're seriously suing a minigolf place? Why not try to sue monster.com?

They already did and lost.

BlueJeansCable was sued earlier this year and backed down after Kurt Denke fired off a letter to Mr. Lee (of Monster) and told them they just picked on an Attorney that sells cables and who specializes in the type of lawsuit that Monster Cable wishes to engage in. Monster has been silent ever since.

FUCK the MONSTER! BUY Blue Jeans Cable!

I remember them suing Blue Jeans. Heh. But I still buy monoprice. 😉

Monster trying to patent the RCA plug is like me or you trying to patent the Edison light bulb.

We at Blue Jeans Cable, though having no business affiliation of any kind with Monster Mini Golf, feel a deep sense of kinship and common cause with Ms. Vitagliano and her struggle to protect her business from predation.
Translated: Monster pissed me off, big time, so any chance I get to hand their asses to them, I'll take it.
