I watched a little bit and then skipped to the good parts, which are really just long soft-pornish lesbian sex scenes. The rest of the movie seems like standard romantic movie fare. Turns out its unremarkable as a love story and unremarkable as a porn, but received some acclaim because it had both of those elements while being about lesbians. I really don't see why it should get extra credit for that though.

Their sexuality does nothing to alleviate the puerile false drama. It's plain boring. The only ones capable of investing enough energy to follow, let alone enjoy, the rollercoaster of teenage relationships without barfing, are the aforementioned 12 year old girls.

My thoughts exactly. I don't see how this movie is any different from other sappy romance flicks, except it's in a foreign language so you can feel superior.

I love the Netflix description. It's like reading the back cover a of a bad romance novel.

Determined to fall in love, 15-year-old Adele is focused on boys. But it's a blue-haired girl she meets on the street who really piques her interest. Soon, Adele is exploring her desire for girls as she negotiates her way to becoming a woman.
