Blue Error Screen whe Booted? Asus P3V4X, Slotket, 566 Celeron?

i currently purchased Asus P3V4X MB and inorder to use my 566 Celeron,
I had to purchase a Slotket. I purchased a Iwill Slocket online with
all the positive reviews of overclocking. I set the slotket vcore 1.50
and every time i boot up to windows, i get a bluescreen.

FILE NAME: EMU 10K1(01) + 0012871 ERROR: 0E : 0028: C15888B

does anyone know what this means?
all i want to do is use my 566 celeron fc-pga in this MB.

Make sure you have the latest drivers for your Soundblaster Live. The older ones did this when used on a Coppermine based system.

i downloaded the newest drivers sblw9xup.exe and got the message not a valid win32 application.
i went back to win98, instead of win ME and now the error is occuring again.

Maybe the file got corrupted, download it again.

i found a solution!!

Delete EMU10K1.VXD in the C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory
