Blue dot on shipment

I got a shipment from Dell and merchandise box was marked by a blue dot. Does somebody know meaning of it?

I think goods from China go over Pacific, so there is no reason for Dell to do transit over Soviet Russia, unless it's spy equipment.

BTW Do you know why all Moscow shippment have this mark?

Your version is wrong. Blue dot wasn't out of the box, it was inside the box. Again, the shipment had no any indication that was shipped from ??????. I can guess that you are trying joking, but believe me I value your sense of humor. However, I'd like to get serious answer.

perhaps it was a mark so they know everything is complete in that box ?

or maybe quality stamp ( like 'OTK' ) ?
