Blue/Crystal Orb 27db? BS!

im now converting all my fans to low speed/low noise fans.
now my loudest fan is on my Vid Card Orb.
these are supposed to be 27dbs - no way!
i never noticed this before i went to low speed fans.
Thermaltake fans are always louder then they rate them at :|

any alternatives to the ORB?

If you have the room, a lrger passive heatsink would work... like the Zalman.
