Blown Policy

Someone missed with the security poilcy on a machine running W2K pro, removing all the users from the "Log on from network" and "Log on locally".
Now any access atempt displays the message of Security Policy Prevents You from Accessing This Computer.
How can I resolve such a situation without repairing W2K?

You should be able to open usermanager from another 2k or XP box and point it at the bad one, remotely restoring the rights.
