Good, This Motiva company wouldn't ever use the idea. They aren't going to make a game console. "Crushed a startup"? More like "made use of a technology they were unable to make work."
 
The ITC said the patents weren't infringed so maybe not even that.

I had a tilt-sensor joystick for my Atari 800, so the Motiva guys didn't invent the idea.
