Occasionally there's some hard stuff in the stool and when I take a crap, er, it

so... It doesn't happen all the time. I have some Metamucil lying around, I guess I'll try that.

It's definitely not normal, so just eat more fiber unless you're in pain. Go to the doctor if you're in pain or it persists.. but you WILL get a rectal exam.
