And what, exactly, does that prove? Babylon5's point was that illegals are not more prone to violent crimes, showing that there are illegal aliens who are also criminals does not disprove his point in the slightest.

Edit: And because I know what the response is going to be, I'll save you some time. A "most wanted" list is not a representative sample of crime, and no set of statistics that doesn't control for everything except immigration status is very useful in proving your point.

Yes, that is the crux of my complaint here. It isn't even the first (entering illegally), or second crime where they are arrested. It is the third crime when they are released and allowed to continue living here and to go on to rape/murder Americans.

We are actively adding onto the violent crimes in this nation by not enforcing immigration laws.

Well then here is a good compromise that would make everyone happy. Illegal aliens who commit violent crimes, even once, are the first to get tossed back over the border. The rest of them get to stay. I mean, if violent illegal aliens are what you are worried about, let's do something about the violent illegal aliens. I've never heard this particular complaint from you, but if THIS is all you're concerned about, there is a hell of a lot of common ground to work with here.

You can probably find a dozen stories like these and probably a million more from American citizens. I'd prefer to see actual statistics rather than sensationalistic stories.

The federal government should just claim states that will not support the Laws of the federal government as being in insurrection against this country, declare martial law and send federal troops to that state to take it over and just start rounding up illegals. Illegal immigrant should be treated as Enemy Combatants, and should be subject to military tribunal and shot as spies.
