Great as an add-on if you are already placing an order at Amazon. Looks like it only lets you order a maximum of 2, so you can't order 2,500 to get free shipping 🙂

Sold out now or temporarily made unavailable for correction? Either way, it looks like you can only get it from Amazon's affiliated stores. Was this the book the Clint Eastwood movie was based on?
