I like brunettes and black hair, but its not a strong preference. Men can't really afford to be picky on these kinds of things! That said, in my younger years attempts to pursue blonds generally constituted different levels of failure...while all the women I can think of showing an active interest in me were brunettes. Basically my take on it. There is a trophy aspect to dating a blond due to scarcity, but I like the contrast between skin and hair of brunettes more. Unfortunately a lot of hot brunettes chose to go blond.
