Blogging Tool with the Best Interface

I once created an account at blogger, but was disappointed at their crude interface, and didn't pursue it. Other ones I visited, myspace looks nice. I'm wondering what your experiences are with different blog sites out there.

myspace can be a bit sketch...keep on hearing things about teen agers getting abducted because of mySpace...but maybe that's me, facebook isn't a blog place, it has a profile, but far as i know you can't blog there xanga and livejournal are fine...
