Is there a way that I can block just certain email address so that their emails
won't even reach into my inbox or they will receive a message saying that
the account is over the quota limit so make the senders think that my email address is
no longer exist or something?

It would help if you stated which email client you were using. It would help even more if you posted in the correct forum.

I use IHATESPAM, works quite well!!

It has a bounce feature that will let you send mail back so it looks un deliverable.

I have installed both Ihatespam and mail washer to compare which one i like beter :)
Fianlly decision Ihatespam is the one that i like better.
Ihatespam is more like an intergrated program with my outlook express 6
working just fine :)
Thanks for everyone's input.
