Blocking ALL popups with firefox?

Before I reformatted my computer a couple months ago, I was using an extension that blocked all popups in Firefox, including "requested" ones that come up after you click. It had whitelist functionality so I could allow popups for certain sites. However, I completely forgot the name of the extension and can't seem to find it anymore. Anyone happen to know the one I'm talking about?
 
I already use adblock, and it can't really stop these popups as far as I know. I don't think noscript would work either, since this isn't java or flash. The extension I had simply blocked every site from opening a new window unless it was whitelisted by me.
 
Not yet. I backed up my extensions to a file somewhere when I reformatted but ultimately reinstalled Firefox because the backup messed things up. Maybe I still have the file somewhere though.
