I keep hearing that they are but at first I thought Shens! Now more and more people keep telling me this.

Thoughts?...

Good riddance. I prefer to call them Lackluster Video for obvious reasons.

They've been around for a long while and the sales model is starting to hit the skids.
I don't want to see them go though, I buy a lot of used DVDs from them.

I used to and still ocassionally do but have you noticed how expensive even their used DVDs are now? Now I only get them if they are a great value like the second Lord of the Rings I just got for $10.49.
