Not bad at all but between this and the Monsters Inc and the LOTR card, I'm looking at at a lot of rentals that week:D

Last weekend Susan and I were at Blockbuster and they had a sign rent 3 DVD's for $7.99 so we rented 3 movies for $7.99 for a whole week.

As always YMMV.

My local BB has 3 for $8.99 so I am guessing it must vary by store/location.

It might depend on your local store, but I got 3 DVDs for 8.99 or 9.99 this past Saturday and it is an ongoing deal, not just Labour Day. But as I said, this might be an ongoing deal.
Also, I was told I could keep the movies till tis upcoming Sunday, watched already, so it doesn't matter.

Pretty good deal I would say, depending on what your local store offers. Mine seems to be even better with every day deal.

This deal is YMMV. The bundle prices (3 movies) range from $7.99 - $10.99 depending on the store and region. This promotion has been going on for about a month now. It was initially 2 games OR 3 movies for $9.99 at my store, but the game part ended after the first week.

On a side note many of the Blockbuster promotions end after labor day. The Kids Club, Bundle Offer and Games Freedom Pass are all ending, so bo to Blockbuster and get in on them now :)

DVD's too.

Its a crappy deal tho. Ballbuster can kiss my bootie with their ripoff prices and overinflated late charges. :disgust:

So true, like $6.50 for a 2 day rental of a dvd. I'm going to start using DVDOvernight.com or something, Blockbuster is getting very, very expensive.

I think you guys are not aware of the Hollywood coupons floating around.

The famous "0.99 cents" rental deal for new and old releases. They are good until Sept 9th.

I always rent for 99 cents per DVD from Odyssey, a local store near my place in West LA. New releases all of them...(and some prOn, but never touched them, lol) Whatever the deal is on BB or Hollywood, can't beat 99C =)
