Blockbuster online question...

So I made an exchange of a BB online movie for an in-store movie, and the csr tells me there's no longer any due dates on in store movies you get when exchanged from a BB online movie.

The catch? BB online doesn't send your next movie until you return the in-store movie. Has anyone heard this also? I think it may be time to go back to Netflix.

Yeah, that's right. And both services throttle if you rent too many movies. NetFlix seems to be the better service at the moment, the online streaming is the bomb.

That's new to me. I was considering switching back to Blockbuster because most of my Netflix queue is in Short Wait to Very Long Wait and they never ship me a new movie on the day it is released.

Stuff like this is why I switched from Blockbuster though. They are constantly changing their plans and taking away benefits.

That's all it is, just another throttling method.

I admit that's the nice thing about blockbuster. The chances of getting a new movie on the day of it's release is much better with going to a blockbuster B&M.

what crap. the whole adtantage of blockbuster online is you get double the movie: view an instore rental wihle waiting for the next to come in the mail. If they get rid of the 2 free game/movie rental coupons per month, I'm gone.

See, I'm probably the wrong person to ask about getting new releases. I'm currently watching Hercules Against The Moon Men (1964). 🙂
