hell, just get an external burner for your laptop and sit out in your car, never even have to drive home

that is what you are all referring to, right?

Welcome to last year?

While this 1 out for $15 is new, they've been doing 2 for $20 and 3 for $25 in most markets for a while now.

Like paint chips much?

No, but I think you did.

jeez where do you guys live? the blockbusters around here SUCK BIG HAIRY SWEATY SCROTUMS because they don't have JACK CRAP for selection. $15 a month for "unlimited rentals"? I would run out of movies worth watching after the first day! they have like five THOUSAND copies of resident evil: apocalypse and not one copy of ANY mystery science theater movie. NOT ONE.

the online service is a completely different story tho. DOZENS of MST3K, and i'm only barely on the second season of star trek tng! plus I got my $75 gift card for signing up yesterday!!

So your saying this was available last year, at any price/amout per day? Umm, no. This is NEW. Even if only the number per say changed, it's still new. The fact it has a new price makes it new... New, as in, not last year.

*hands kami333 more paint chips* I think you dropped these.

Only problem is since they did away with their "late" fees all the new releases are already checked out.

So every time McDonald's changes the price of a cheese burger they've come out with a new cheese burger?

<shakes head>
That's just nitpicking the details. It still doesn't change the fact that an unlimited rentals program was available in one form or another from Blockbuster before.

Only one movie at a time blows, 3 would be much better. But I guess it all depends on your area, I may stop by my local BB and find out what they offer.
