You need a coupon. The pdf (a link to blockbuster.com) is available at FW. Expires 12/7. Looks like you have to get both games at once.
 
All mom n pop shops have the same deal, you dont need a coupon either, you just pay 2-3$ bucks a game instead of 6$ @blockbuster.
