I hope they do a Warcraft 4. There have been some youtubers out there who seem to have substantial evidence that WC4 is gonna come out soon. Meh.

So far for opening we have Starcraft F2P version available 11/14. Everyone gets base game free or 2nd if you have first.
Hanzo and Alexstraza to HOTS.
New/revised matchmaking in HOTS
Hearthstone expansion Kobolds and Catacombs. Log in next week to get Marin the Fox for free, blizzcon ticket gives gold version. Card summons 0/8 chest for opponent that gives you reward when it is defeated. Adding legendary weapons, shown was dragon soul, a priest weapon that summons 5/5 dragon on any turn where you cast 3 spells. Adding new PVE mode, dungeon run.
New Overwatch map, Blizzardworld. Themepark style combining assault and payload. New hero, Moira. New Reinhardt short.
WoW team starts with "Vanilla"...!!! Shows a video rewinding all the expansion movies then plays a clip from the original. Then says a classic Server option coming. Sounds like expansion being talked up. Looks like its going to be Horde V Alliance theme. 2 new continents around the maelstrom. Zandalar for horde and the Proudmoore home for alliance. Level to 120. Something about allied armies and looks like some sort of pirating stuff. Title Battle for Azeroth. Intro cinematic coming! Dear god this is awesome. Starts with Anduin wielding wielding his fathers sword and alliance has windrunner cornered. The she goes full banshee and starts kicking ass and rallies the horde. As they are starting to falter, Anduin activates a city wide shield over his side and rallies the alliance and it stops still in full battle. I've still found original cinematic to be the best, but this probably finally tops it.

Interesting. I wouldn't mind the virtual pass but just not quite worth it. Wonder what the goodie bag they sell has in it..

World quest in WoW will remain in the next expansion.
Sub races known as allied races. Once you do a quest line involving them they will be unlocked for your account. They start at level 20. Can race change and existing char into them. To give value to the new subraces, leveling an allied race to max will unlock a custom armor set.
6 available at launch, 3 each side with more to come.
They expanded the zone scaling tech to all previous zones. They have added some cutoffs for playability. The old expansions have a wider level range that before allowing you to level as you want more than currently.
beginning of this scaling goes live in 7.3.5.
will be getting an artifact style amulet.
scenario styled 3 man island expeditions.
large scale war combat. called warfront. 20 player coop vs npc. has resource collection and building. sounds a bit like early AV except one side only npc.
new pvp battleground seething shore. edge of silithus.
Big PVP changes coming.... PVE or PVP server designation..gone! Change your PVP setting in a home city and stays that way till changed again. Will give reward bonus for doing events in world with flag on.
Mythic dungeons return.
Factions have different level dungeons, both factions access at max level.
will be fighting queen azshara during expansion.

Loved the new Honor & Glory cinematic for Reinhardt's origin story. I hope they make more of those stories back when some of them were younger during the Omnic Crisis. That part of the Overwatch lore is the best one and it "already happened" by the timeline of the game's events. The Hanzo & Alexstrasza announcements for HOTS was leaked a few days ago I believe, I know I saw an image confirming it (like the game's title screen) so it wasn't a real surprise but it's still fun to see more WoW characters in HOTS, I don't care much about Hanzo or most of the OW characters they could put in (I do like Junkrat though but I never quite wanted him). And SC2 going F2P was unexpected, I suppose that's a welcome thing for those who never wanted to buy it or whatever; I finished the whole campaign so I don't care much that it is going F2P, nor do I regret buying all three games since I actually liked them all (and I bought all of them during sales so go me).
And I'm not a big fan of the WarCraft lore, never really played WoW, but I don't "hate" that world at all. I absolutely enjoyed WarCraft 3 + expansion's campaign years ago when I finished in almost one sitting; couldn't stand up even to take a piss, I just had to continue. The only 'attachment' I have with some of the WarCraft characters come in the form of nostalgia from WC3's campaign mostly (Arthas, Jaina, Sylvanas, Kelthuzad... basically the whole 'main gang' of the campaign), and because I enjoy some of them in HOTS. However, I have watched all the WarCraft-related cinematics (and of course the movie) and - I must say - even if I don't have that much connection to those characters or its world at this point in time, I had multiple sudden bursts of goosebumps during that Battle for Azeroth cinematic; especially when Sylvanas yelled "For the horde!!!" and how it resonated in the surroundings, jeebuz Blizzard, you got me there.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaand... of course we get absolutely nothing for Diablo, which is THE franchise I like the most from them. A new class? Expansion? Perhaps a 'roadmap' of the franchise's future? What to expect? A new engine update? New art-style option? Perhaps a Diablo 2 remaster? Heck, there weren't even any Diablo character announcements for HOTS, where's my Imperius?! Where's Baal?! Anyway... Blizzard is gonna Blizzard. Sorry... I'm just biased. We all have our favorite Blizzard franchise. If you happen to be a WarCraft fan you get at least something Every. God. Damn. Year., if, however, you're a Diablo fan you better as patient as patient can possibly be. Maybe next year... and in the meantime I can only be 'excited' about... ooooooh, Season 12. Yep, there's that. Season 12.

Adds unidentified cards. Cards give a known effect and second unknown effect that isn't revealed until you draw it.
Spellstones give an effect which can be increased while in your hand through game actions (such as using overload or gaining armor)

This is part of what made it feel like a bit of a dull con this year. (Well, at least we didn't get another infamous "nerds" speech....) There just wasn't much for them to talk about, and the other panels reflected that. More panels focused on the tech, engineering or design around the game. Diablo's only panel was a short one about Necromancer animation. There was a Battle.Net App panel, which isn't a bad idea, but it only talked about features that they just released and nothing that might be upcoming. If we had some useful Diablo or StarCraft announcements, then we might have had some more panel possibilities, but there just wasn't enough stuff to talk in depth about. I was kind of hoping that they were hiding a Diablo II Remastered announcement.
Although, I'm not sure if any of the panels were worse than the "What's in the Loot Box" panel.
Oh, and the US vs. South Korea Overwatch game was quite good, but a little painful at the end of the last two maps. The US choked more than the contestants at an eating competition!
The only way I can see WoW Classic is if it requires a current and up to date version of WoW to access it. Basically you'll need to have an active subscription to WoW: BfA to have access to classic. Can't have those sub numbers split.
