When i dateing my wife (before we got married duh!) while we were in high school she worked at DQ for a short time.

i would pick her up from work. she would get me a small oreo with extra oreo! it was great.
 
Hot damn, I just checked DQ's website. Apparently there's a DQ just 1.5mi from my apartment.
I'm so accustomed to rural life. Out here, the cows don't even come until about 2 miles from home. Within 1.5 miles of home, there are lots of trees. And some ponds. And a few stop signs.
At my apartment, within 2 miles, there are shopping centers, and even traffic lights.
Oooh, aaahhhh.

I know where I'm going when I head back there in a few days. 😀
It's been about 2 years since I had a Blizzard.

I went to DQ the other day to get an oreo blizzard. When I went for my 4th bite, I saw a half chopped roach on my spoon... Looks like I won't be eating at DQ for a while. I don't know why, but all of the DQ's and fast food franchises around here are operated by Indian people. Maybe that has something to do with it.

If you were in my situation would you have called the health department or avoid going there again?

That is just gross man! You could look at it like extra protein?!??!?!

Well for one, you should have definitely asked for a refund or gotten a new roach free blizzard.

Then left and called the health department! 🙂
 
Well any blizzard is good. It means it's winter with nice cold weather that I like, and of course snow. And if there is enough snow I don't have to go to work but still get paid for it.
 
I saw someone order a ridiculously intricate Blizzard, then started doing the same!

When I get one, it's typically a: Oreo, Snickers, made with chocolate ice cream, Malted blizzard... Damn thing is expensive as hell, buy, oh boy, is it delicious! 🙂 Or I'll changeup and get Heath, and Butterfinger with all the other crap.

Probably because I'd see it again about 10 seconds after I ate it. I haven't had ice cream in like 8 or 9 years

I haven't ventured into the art of custom made blizzards yet. Something worth trying nonetheless.
 
Diablo, followed by Warcraft, and then Starcraft. But just because Starcraft is in third doesn't mean it's bad or something.

Although the past 4 years WoW probably took the top spot, but D3 will probably reclaim it. But god SC2 looks so good too..

OH HAI! Just ramblnig to myself here.
