My whole comment was about people who believe whatever the gov't says, without question. The Warren Commission took the American public and the world, for that matter, for a ride way back when. The same thing I believe is happening today.

These same people that actually believed that Oswald was the lone gunman are the same people that still support Bush wholeheartedly, without question that Iraq was an imminent threat and had to be taken out. If they were such a threat, at least something... anything (small amount of WMDs) would have been found. Yet, questioning our gov't must be unpatriotic.

It doesn't take too long to figure out that people are committed to what they believe. They have emotional investments in how they see. I doubt enough attention is paid to this. But it is a reality that anybody who doesn't think like me is a fool. I can feel that in my bones. Why shouldn't I announce your stupidity to you. What I don't get is how it applies to me. UQ is a tool of the administration, with well known ziek heil reflex. BOB is a Bush hating anti admin tool with well known ziek heil reflexes.

Since all these things are known and to be expected why does anybody care or why does anybody get sucked into the game. If you just came from Mars, you would easily be able to see that the real idiots are us. Is it more accurate to say that we are fools because we name call or because we take offense? The analogy is obvious but, the naked link to the specific in the thread was a bit of a leap.
The Magic Bullet or Single Bullet theory was Specter's attempt to account for all the injurys suffered by all the participants. When a fellow not in the motorcade was hit by a piece of concrete which had been separated from a curb near the overpass and that curb section showed bullet strike indications they (the commission) lost one of the bullets needed to account for the injuries. Specter proffered that one bullet struck Kennedy in the back rose and exited his throat entered Connelly in the back area bounced around inside him exited struck his wrist then logged in his leg. All of this required movement that could have occured as Specter said but the timing was off and the physics was off. Plus the bullet found on a stretcher at Parkland hospital was in pristine condition. This was not a likely result after having hit bone and flesh and other matter. But Warren and his boys signed off on it and presented it to Johnson who proclaimed the case solved!
I studied and follow every development of the Kennedy fiasco since Nov 22, 1963. Read the Warren report if you dare. It is impossible to follow. Well... almost so.
