WAIT...
unlimited OFF-PEAK for T-Mobile means Weekends only...does not include weeknights. That will eat up those 600 min pretty fast.

I should give them a call then, I just got a family plan with a few people, 800mins a month, etc, but they said only the weekends were free.

The Samsung is much, MUCH better than the Motorola could ever be... 😛
Just to give you an idea, there was a good demand for the phone when it could only be had through Germany at $600...it's that good. Awesome color screen, good battery life, and more importantly, excellent reception...I want this phone...too bad I'm still under a contract.

t-mobile sucks for so. cal.....they use the same towers as cingular....both of which have horrible reception...
let's say u get the 600 minutes....don't matter....1/3 of it will be dropped calls/failed calls, etc.... that's 200 wasted minutes....(since each time u press send and u hear the tone, that's 1 minute...) ...so yeah u get 400 usable minutes....sucks huh?...

Where did you get that $5 coupon??
Also, is amazon pretty reliable in terms of these cell phone plans compared to the plans we actually get at the retailer stores?

Here's my question....Will this plan's terms ever expire? As in, my contract is 2 years, but the night minutes are a "bonus" that expires after 1 year.
I know AT&T does that.
Right now I'm on TDMA cingular and living in NYC. It works ok and my plan is the old no roaming whatsoever kind, which is nice. I get great reception in a lot of places, but I need more minutes and this plan is a lot better than Cingular's offerings.
Is it worth it? Will T-mobile have the last laugh if I switch over and they take away my night minutes?
