Blinking Dot In Quick Reply

Cant really see it...its on the upper right side of the blinking cursor in the quick reply box. Not really a big issue...just thought id point it out. Anyone else get this sometimes? The ONLY time ive seen it was in this one scammers thread about CC numbers....he posted it twice and it was there both times 😕
