good eh ? I caught the first 2 eps after I missed it and I have to admit I'm hooked. The partner chick reminds me of Jennifer Aniston too... plus a Brooklyn accent.

It's a good show. The originality of the setting and the plot is very interesting.

Is there any DareDevil-like stuff in this show?

not exactly but he obviously uses his smarts based on the other senses. I'm liking each episode so far. But admittedly, she is the one who keeps me drawn to the show.

I don't think I'd call Blind Justice great, but I will give it some credit. It's better than I thought it would be. I do, however, think they could have come up with a better title. Sure, it's descriptive, but it just sounds so cheesy.

seen any eps yet ?
Why would I want to? Some premises are so dumb they don't even need to be viewed to be dismissed. This one ranks up there with Cop Rock.

wasn't this like on an episode of the simpsons or something? like they were having a buncha really stupid ideas for "new shows" and a blind cop who fights back...its like one of those premises that is SOO stupid that you knew someone would have to make it...

I'e watched it twice now and both times it was just stupid "Don't get down on me, i can still do everything i could when i could see" sorta whiney crap...

Blinded in the line of duty. His partners don't respect him. His wife lacks faith. Nobody believes in Jim Dunbar except himself.

And now he is after, "Blind Justice". But seriously, I don't really like much of anything on network TV unless its a comedy, and usually then it has to be in cartoon form.

It's not about justice against anything that's happened to him. It's a regular cop show (CSI style) and you have the little quirks that go with his blindness along the way but they don't even focus on that so much as you guys believe they would. The whole point is that he's getting past it. What's that they say about a book and its cover ?

The whole respect thing and his wife... all that was taken care of in the first 3 episodes.

Partner looks nice. I'll check it out, even though I don't give a crap about a guy who can't see a wall in front of his face who thinks he'd make for a decent street cop, but anyway.

Even more reason for me not to watch it. I don't like cop drama, and yes that goes for CSI. I don't watch a lot of TV any way. Maybe an hour a day if that, so I'm definetely going to be picky about what I watch in that hour. Network TV, meaning ABC, CBS, NBC and the rest of them have never shown a show in my entire life that I really liked, or even liked at all. So I think its fair for me to assume that this show will be no different. I don't need to judge the show because I don't wait around, or try and "catch" my show at a certain time. I usually watch a little TV before bed, so unless its on at 10:30 or 11:00 I won't catch it any way.

If there is a show I have to watch, I download it. Simpsons, South Park, Family Guy. Otherwise I just watch the History channel or something. But I can't stand cop drama.

haha: from tvtome regarding the pilot episode:
In the kitchen scene where Jim and Christie begin to argue, viewers in the U.S. noticed that Rena Sofer's shirt was blurred out. Viewers in Canada were able to see the phrase, "sofa king cool". There are two possible reasons why this phrase was censored in the U.S. One reason might have been that they were not able to get clearance to air this brand of slogan humor clothing. The other reason could have been that this phrase alludes to or is a variation of another phrase that contains a curse word not suitable for network television.

I've watched it a few times.

Not very believable.

A blind cop, CARRYING a GUN?

(Sure, THAT will happen.)
