Sickbeast, since when is 40C a serious case temp? And first let me ask how you measure your case temp? Isn't the mobo temp the case temp? And since when is 21C the average room temperature? I thought it was 25C/77F (SI standard).

I think 40C is perfectly fine for load if your ambient temp is 25C. The max I have gone up to under load is 51C at ambient room temperature of 38C with no a/c.
