bleach or naruto?

Bleach is good because dishwasher soap with bleach does a better job than the stuff without the bleach (usually leaves the dishes all streaky if no bleach.)

Bleach is not good to drink though.

I never heard of naruto

While I LOVE the McRib, I am not a fan of the Filet-O-Fish.
 
When naruto and bleach aren't doing ridiculously long ass fillers, both are equally good in story line imo. The animation is fairly similar is well, you only see quality animation during special battle episodes. Right now I'm leaning towards naruto with the Akatsuki battle.

I like both, but I prefer Bleach over Naruto. Japanese with English subs for both of course. The English dubs are really really bad.

WRT bleach vs naruto, i watch so much anime and read so much manga that i dont differentiate based on quality.

i like the storyline in both, but i have stopped watching the anime in both completely. i cant stand fillers.

i only read their mangas when they come out.



that said, ichigo vs byakuya was a great fight in the anime. as well as ichigo's hollow vs the little vizard bitch.

Hah, but you know they're just going to cut back to something else after a page or two 😛. Those two shall have the eternal man-love affair.

Although, it was amusing seeing Genryuusai "stretch before the battle"... I think that's the best way to put his involvement so far 😛.

But in regard to story... I'm not sure that Mishimoto even knows what he's doing with Naruto anymore. It was kind of amusing to see that he took a week off to "recollect his thoughts" 'cause even he didn't know where it was going 😛.

I still enjoy One Piece the most out of all the popular shounens. It's simply the more rich story-wise as I believe it has a more developed world in comparison to the others. Not to mention I think it's one of the few series to try to capture a wide array of emotions. I'll admit it... I shed a tear for Merry 🙁.

But if you like One Piece, I still recommend checking out Fairy Tail. It's practically One Piece with magic instead of devil fruit. The main character ( Natsu ) is so much like Luffy and all the women have watemelon breasts too! It also has the awesome talking, flying cat-mage-thing called Happy 😀.
 
I don't understand the One Piece raving. I think I watched the first two episodes (based on recommendations) and it ranked as one of the worst anime I had ever seen.

Considering its got hundreds of episodes, you may not have gotten to the parts that people enjoy. Ive heard people bash bleach for things that are not even present in the series after the first 10 or so episodes.

bleach doesn't get good until the teens iirc.
same with naruto.
 
That's typical of long-running shonen series. It takes a little while to assemble the cast, mainly.

For this I would also question where you watched the first couple episodes. e.g. American TV/fansubs/whatever
The original North American TV run was horribly butchered by 4kids, so it's not really a fair basis for comparison.

They're only alike in the art style, other than that Fairy Tail is pretty bland. It started off fun, but lost its way in that tower arc. I stopped reading after that.

Natsu is practically the same as Luffy 😱. I read it and I'm like, "Luffy, did you dye your hair?" Ehh I didn't mind the tower thing arc... it's in a different one now that's interesting.
 
Alright, I'll give One Piece one more chance. What should I watch that will give me a good impression? And don't say the first 200 episodes...
