I'm somewhat considering one of the following boards since I have an excess of DDR RAM. Don't worry people, I'll be getting a Core 2 Duo when the E4300 comes out. Anyways, anyone have opinions between the following two boards? The Abit board is $5 more. Yes, I will be overclocking but I probably won't be limited by a low multiplier.

Abit AN8 32X
-Passive chipset cooling
-True dual 16x PCI-E
-Optical SPDIF
-Extra Firewire ports on bracket
-CPU farther from edge of PCB, less chance of hitting PSU/drive bays

DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 SLI-DR Expert
-Famous overclocking
-Active chipset cooling probably means cooler temps
-Audio module (is that a pro?)
-Coaxial SPDIF
-Second LAN (as if I needed that)
-2 more USB ports on back
-1 more PCI slot
-SLI slots spaced farther apart

I didn't have an Expert but I did replace an SLI-DR with an AN8 32X & never regretted it.
Yes, the Expert can almost certainly run a higher external clock but as long as you have a 10 multi or more the chances are more likely that you will be CPU limited rather than board limited on either.
