Could just be a registry entry that wasn't taken out during a uninstall of an older program, could try runnin a registry cleaner app.

Before even running msconfig I ran spybot, adaware, cwshredder and i have spyware blaster running. I just decided to check my startup list on a whim and found it. Anyone know of a good reg cleaner? I guess I could just go in the registry myself and remove the entry.

Thanks for the tip on the program redbeard. I went directly to the entry in the registry but it would not let me delete it manually. I ran the program that comes with Norton System Works and it found 69 bad registry entries. After running it I checked the startup list again and it was gone. WOOHOO! :)

Thanks to everyone else for their help.
