Blame Amid the Tragedy

A very interesting read and it's basically what I thought all along. Now I know that FEMA wasn't perfect in this situation but
you have to admit that some people just came out day one blasting Bush.

Well I guess it was worth a shot for the "Bush haters" ...... I just wouldn't have gone with it ...... Keep trying though.

Look at any other article at this website and it'll put things in perspective. It's got Republican written all over it. The Wall Street Journal, surely they are all Democrats.

Does the fact it's probably writen by a conservative somehow make it not true?

Yes, I realize that, I read it. You are basically saying his OP-ED is false because he's "biased," which doesn't make sense.

Its false because it solely places the blame on two people who had much less power than Bush.

I have noticed that about the democratic party the last 10 years. They no longer discuss issues or provide ideas, thier whole agenda is how can we make the other guys look bad.

Not unexpected, just not a viable political alternative.

so, cutting beneath the rhetoric, he's saying that both the local, state, and federal government messed up.

great.

thanks captain obvious

Ideas? Name one new idea that the Republicans have had in the past 10 years? Hmmm.. maybe the Iraq War... No wait Bush Sr. already proposed and opposed that because of its tremendous stupidity. My bad.

Republican 'ideas' - end welfare, cut taxes, stop affirmative action, stop abortion. Hmmm.... all liberal, democratic ideals.

Seems more like Republicans are the ones just bad mouthing all of the 'other guys' ideals.
