Cut your pay 300k/y and hire a CEO with a history of growing corporations; become worth millions.


Everyone who doesn't have this sort of game-plan with their small business isn't so much entrepreneurial as someone that just wanted to 'create a job' for him or her self.

Tipping 15 to 20 percent is the custom in this country. You should factor that in to your decision on where you're going to eat. If you can't afford the 20% tip you shouldn't be eating out.

On the other hand: I just got extra-slow service in a 10 table shop an hour before lunch (nearly dead) with two waitresses on staff.

I'm a white man in a business suit and she can't seem to keep up with the service. I tipped 12% to show my outrage..

My wife waited her way through college, she said even the black servers got pissed when they had to serve black people.

My mom waited tables for 20 years to support her 5 kids and the hell if she didn't give the same great service to everyone: even the rich Mexicans that came across the boarder, treated denies like it was supposed to be Ruth's Chris Steak House and didn't tip at all.

What you expect as a tip should never impact your service quality; your service quality should be the only thing that impacts your expectation of a tip.

There is no law that states so. If you give bad service you get no tip from me. Good service will get you 15%, not a percentage more. A waiter is not entitled to a fucking tip. Let them earn it.

I'm not sure what you're getting so upset about. No one cares if you leave a bad tip or no tip when you get bad service. We're talking about people that give bad tips or don't tip, even if they get good service. Certain cultures are known for doing this, it's not even debatable.
