One word of caution.
The rebate form looks like trouble. It has several errors. There are simple errors like typos and spelling mistakes and there are possibly intentional clarity errors or just simple mixups. For example:

Limit one (1) $20.00 rebate per BlackBerry HS 655+ Wireless Headset purchase

I think this is very clear to normal people but customers like us are optimists. The statement does not prohibit buying mutiple headsets and submitting 1 rebate request per headset. I doubt the fullfilment company would allow this and they would claim that the offer is limited to 1 per address or household or other similar condition. I doubt that anyone would take them to small claims court to recover $200 after buying 11 headsets and submitting rebates. The investment in time is likely not worth it.

Of course if you buy 11 headsets and try to fleabay them then you are a reseller and not entitled to the rebate.

Got mine yesterday. Mailed the rebate. I will be shocked if I get paid. Those of you that bought at Buy.com will be able to shame them into paying you. If I had got this form somewhere I would never have believed it was real. I mean it says $20 rebate on the form but the address says $15. The spelling mistakes are so bad that no one bothered to even run the spell checker.

Post if you get the rebate.

Mailed mine in today, again will be surprised if I get the rebate. It lists a toll free number to call if you have questions...it's an automated system with no way to talk to a human.

FYI though the price has gone down to $33.99/$13.99 AR...maybe

I'd say there is no chance you get any money from CPG. You can contact buy.com support and make them partially refund the headset as they are advertising the rebate that cannot be paid.

I have little hope of ever getting the rebate but even for $33.99 shipped this thing is great, sound quality is better than any bluetooth I have ever used. Being able to use a standard mini USB cable to charge it is a bonus as well, one charger handles my Curve and headset

I bought two (with two cc's and two addresses) from 1saleaday. From what I've read, they would be a very good deal at the overall price of ~25 each. I'm hoping for the rebate to bring them down around $5, but I'll not hold my breath.

Received email confirming they received and are processing my rebate, now if they only accept it all will be good. FYI rebate still good till 8/1 and current price is $33.99-$20 MIR.
